Across this protocol the most commonly reported are mild drowsiness or a light headache during the first few uses, brief flushing or nausea shortly after the energy shot, trouble falling asleep if used late in the day, and mild fatigue or lightheadedness in the first week. Bright yellow urine from the B vitamins is normal. Start one product at a time so you can tell how each one affects you.
