Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Body Torch Wellness. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Shipping Schedule

All orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

When will my order ship?

  • Ordered Monday → ships Tuesday
  • Ordered Tuesday → ships Wednesday
  • Ordered Wednesday → ships Thursday
  • Ordered Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday → ships the following Monday

This schedule ensures your products are never sitting in a warehouse or transit hub over the weekend.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via next-day or 2-day expedited service. We use carrier (UPS)

  • Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout
  • We ship within the United States only — no international orders at this time
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships

Ice Pack Disclaimer

Some of our products are shipped with ice packs to maintain quality during transit. Please be aware:

⚠️ Ice packs may partially or fully melt during shipping, especially during warmer months or in hot climates. This is normal and does not mean your product is compromised.

Upon delivery, please:

  1. Open your package promptly
  2. Place products in the refrigerator immediately
  3. Do not leave the package sitting outside or at room temperature

A melted ice pack alone is not grounds for a replacement or refund. Our products are formulated and packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions, including ice pack melt.

Packaging Fees

There is no standard packaging fee applied to orders. Packaging costs are factored into the product price and shipping rate. You will not see a separate "handling" or "packaging" charge at checkout.

Order & Payment Questions — Important

To keep things running smoothly and ensure your questions get answered quickly:

❌ Do not contact Body Torch Wellness multiple times through different channels (email, social media, DMs, text, etc.) about the same order. Duplicate messages slow down our response time and may delay your shipment.

❌ Do not message us claiming you "paid" as proof of payment. All payments are verified automatically through our payment processor. If your order was successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.

❌ Do not contact the owner directly regarding shipping, payment, or order status. We have a dedicated department to handle these inquiries.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. Please allow this window before sending a follow-up.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy:

  • Shipping delays — file directly with the carrier
  • Packages marked "delivered" but missing — file directly with the carrier
  • Stolen packages — file directly with the carrier and local authorities

Body Torch Wellness is not responsible for issues caused by the carrier after a package has been handed over. We will only step in for incorrect items delivered to the correct address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Body Torch Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees for returned packages are the customer's responsibility.
