Body Torch · Client FAQ Guide

Everything our clients ask, answered in one place.

Products. Protocols. Auto-Ship. Torch Tools. Nutrition. Training. Support.

This Is How Body Torch Works

Body Torch isn't a supplement store. We're a personalized wellness practice built around one idea: match the peptide to the problem.

Most of the industry works the other way around. It leads with a product and then looks for a reason you need it. We start with what's actually going on, your goals, your history, your labs, and work backward to what fits.

That principle has a consequence people don't always expect: more is not better. Adding products you don't need doesn't accelerate anything. It just makes your plan more expensive and harder to follow. If one formula is what your goal calls for, that's what we'll tell you.

Keep this page. Check it first. Most of the time, your answer is in here.

01

Getting Started

Where to begin, what to book, and how the pieces fit together.

What is Body Torch?
A personalized wellness and body-composition practice. We combine peptide and wellness protocols with nutrition guidance, training structure, education, and one-on-one support. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, working with clients across the entire United States.
How does Body Torch work?
1. Book an Activation Session. A one-on-one with a medical professional where your goals, history, and labs shape your plan.
2. Get your plan. Products matched to your actual goals, not a catalog we hope you'll browse.
3. Use the tools. The Nutrition Builder, the Workout Builder, and Torch Coach are free and available to everyone.
4. Stay in touch. Follow up, reassess, adjust.
Where should I start?
With the Activation Session. It's $75, and it's the front door for every new client. You can also take the Find Your Protocol quiz first if you want a sense of direction before you book. But the quiz is a starting point, not a plan. The plan comes from the session.
Do I need a consultation before I can order?
New clients start with the Activation Session so your plan actually fits you. Existing clients can order any time through Shop by Goal.
Is a real person reviewing me, or is this automated?
A real person. Your Activation Session is one-on-one with a medical professional. That's the entire point of it.
Do you work with clients in my state?
Yes. We work with clients across the entire United States. Your Activation Session can be fully virtual, so distance changes nothing about your plan, and every order ships nationwide via expedited UPS. If you're local to the Atlanta area, in-person sessions are available by appointment.
What happens during the Activation Session?
You and a medical professional go through your goals, your history, and your labs, and build a plan around what you're actually working with. It's the difference between a plan built for you and a plan built for someone roughly like you.
Do I need blood work?
Blood work is how we replace guessing with knowing. You can order labs directly through Order Blood Work on the site, and your results are reviewed as part of your plan.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Torch Coach, ask it any hour and get a direction. Find Your Protocol, a short quiz that narrows things by goal. Your Activation Session, the real answer, based on your labs and history.
BUNDLE OR PROTOCOL?
A Bundle is a curated set. Complementary products grouped around one outcome, priced and packaged together. No fixed end date. You order it, you use it, you reorder if it's working.

A Protocol is a structured 8-week program. Multiple products, coordinated, with a defined start, a sequence, and a finish. Built for a specific goal, run for eight weeks, then reassessed with your coach.

If you know your goal and want a complete set, take a Bundle. If you want structure, take a Protocol.
What Bundles are available?
Summer Snatched, Goddess Mode, Beast Mode, The Glow Up, Mommy Makeover. Each one lists its contents on its product page.
What Protocols are available?
Perimenopause, Anti-Aging and Longevity, Gut Restore and Inflammation Reset, Extreme Fat-Loss, Hormone Restoration and Vitality, Cognitive Performance, Extreme Muscle Building, Torch Apex. Every Protocol runs eight weeks. Hormone Restoration and Torch Apex come in Women's and Men's versions.
Can I buy products individually?
Always. Bundles and Protocols exist to make choosing easier, not to force you into a larger purchase. If a single formula is what fits your goal, buy the single formula.
Can I combine products?
Yes, but the combination should come from your Activation Session rather than from browsing. Products that work well together for one person's goal aren't automatically right for another's.
What do Standard, Performance, and Elite mean?
They're concentration tiers. Most single Torch formulas come at three levels: Standard ($200), Performance ($320), and Elite ($420). Higher is not automatically better. The right tier depends on your plan, not on your budget or your ambition. Your Activation Session determines which one fits.
How do I know your products are quality-tested?
Every lot we accept is reviewed against the Body Torch Quality Standard before it reaches you: identity, purity review, content, and lot traceability. The full process is published on our Quality Standard page.
Is my health information private?
Yes. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy, linked in the site footer.
What is Body Torch University?
BTU is our education library, the science simply explained. You'll find it under Learn in the main menu.

Auto-Ship & Subscriptions

Recurring billing deserves total clarity. Every term is written out here.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU ENROLL, NOT AFTER
We'd rather over-explain a recurring charge than have you discover a term you didn't expect.
What is Body Torch Auto-Ship?
Auto-Ship, shown on product pages as the Auto-Renewal Subscription, delivers your products automatically every 6 weeks so your protocol doesn't stop because you forgot to reorder. Stay consistent with your Body Torch protocol and never run out of the products you rely on.
How does it work?
On any eligible product page, choose the subscription option instead of the one-time purchase. From then on your order ships and bills automatically on a six-week cycle.
When will I be charged, and how often will it ship?
Every 6 weeks, on the same cycle. Billing and shipping run together. Your payment method is automatically charged every 6 weeks until your subscription is canceled.
What are the subscription benefits?
Automatic delivery every 6 weeks. FREE shipping on every subscription order, a $25 value. Priority order processing. Easy management through your customer portal. No hidden fees.
Is there a discount?
Yes. FREE shipping on every subscription order, a $25 value. It applies to every order, not just your first. Your price does not go up after the first shipment.
Is there a minimum commitment?
To help you stay consistent and achieve the best results, your subscription includes an initial 3-order commitment. After your third shipment, you can manage or cancel at any time through your customer portal. There is no cancellation fee.
How do I manage my subscription?
Through your customer portal. Two ways in: log into your store account and use the Manage Subscription button, or use the link in your subscription welcome email. That link is valid for 7 days, then it expires. After that, log in.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel?
Skip a shipment from your portal before your next billing date. Pause from your portal. Cancel from your portal once you've completed your initial 3-order commitment.
How do I update my card or shipping address?
From your customer portal. If your card is close to expiring, update it before your next cycle rather than after. A declined payment delays the shipment, not just the charge.
Which products are eligible for Auto-Ship?
All single Torch formulas, all five Bundles, and accessories. 36 products in total.
PROTOCOLS ARE NOT ON AUTO-SHIP, ON PURPOSE
A Protocol is an eight-week program with a defined end. It's meant to finish so you can reassess with your coach, not renew quietly in the background.

If you're running one, book your follow-up before week eight ends rather than letting it lapse.
Is Auto-Ship right for me?
It makes sense if you're settled on a formula and know you'll be using it for a while. It doesn't make sense if you're still working out what fits, or if your Activation Session is coming up and your plan might change. In that case, stay on one-time orders. We'll be here.
03

Orders & Shipping

When it ships, how to track it, and what to do when something goes wrong.

When will my order ship?
Within one business day, but we only ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Why don't you ship on Fridays?
So your products never sit in a warehouse over a weekend. Some orders ship cold, and a package that leaves on Friday can spend two days in a facility. We'd rather it wait at ours than at theirs.
How fast is shipping, and how do I track it?
Every order goes next-day or 2-day expedited via UPS, at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. You can also check your order history through Client Login at the top of the site.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only.
YOUR ICE PACK ARRIVED MELTED. THAT'S NORMAL.
A melted ice pack does not mean your products are compromised.

Open your package promptly and refrigerate your products right away, per the instructions that came with them. If something looks genuinely wrong, a broken vial, a leak, a damaged seal, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a clear photo.
My package is delayed, or tracking says delivered and it isn't here.
Contact UPS first. A delay, a package marked delivered but missing, or a stolen package is a carrier claim, and UPS resolves those faster than we can on your behalf. If UPS can't resolve it, email info@bodytorchinfo.com with your order number.
My order arrived damaged.
Email info@bodytorchinfo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. If approved, a replacement ships at no cost. The 48-hour window matters, please don't wait.
Something is missing, or I received the wrong item.
Email us with your order number. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven't yet processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is with UPS, an address change becomes a carrier matter.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final. We don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Two exceptions: 1. Damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo; if approved, a replacement ships at no cost. 2. Cancellation, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed or shipped.

We know a strict policy is easier to read than to like. It's how we can ship temperature-sensitive products quickly and keep quality control tight. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Do orders include syringes and prep pads?
They're sold separately. Syringes are $5 for a 10-pack; alcohol prep pads are $10 for 100.
How do I dispose of used syringes?
Use a proper sharps container and follow your state and local disposal rules, they vary. Don't put loose sharps in household trash or recycling. Many pharmacies and local health departments run take-back programs.
04

Torch Tools

The free half of your plan. Two builders and an answer line.

What are Torch Tools?
Where the non-product half of your plan lives. Three things: the Nutrition Builder (your custom eating guide), the Workout Builder (your custom training guide), and Torch Coach (instant answers to Body Torch questions).
Where do I find them, and do they cost anything?
On the site, under Torch Tools. Both builders are free, and so is Torch Coach.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use them without logging in.
Can I use them on my phone?
Yes, they're built mobile-first. Most people complete a builder in a few minutes on their phone.
Do I have to be a Body Torch client?
No. Both builders include a "Not on a plan yet" option, and they work fine if that's you.
Do my results save?
No. Both builders generate a plan you download and keep. They don't store your answers, sync to an app, or update over time. If you want a new plan, because your goal changed, your equipment changed, or you're eight weeks in, just run the builder again.
WHY WE BUILT THESE
Your products work inside a life. Nutrition, training, sleep, hydration, and consistency are what that life is made of, and none of them are things we can ship you.

The tools exist so the parts you control are easier to get right. Products are one input. These are for everything around them.
05

Nutrition Builder

Eight questions, three to five minutes, an 8-week blueprint you keep.

What is the Nutrition Builder?
A guided tool that builds an 8-week nutrition blueprint around your goals, your Body Torch pathway, and how you actually like to eat. Eight steps, about three to five minutes.
What do I have to enter?
About you: age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, training days, activity level. Your goals: lose fat, build and keep muscle, more energy, better digestion, faster recovery, healthy aging. Your Body Torch pathway, or not on a plan yet. How you eat: eating style, allergies, preferred meals per day. Your challenges: low appetite, nausea, constipation, bloating, sugar cravings, trouble hitting protein, late-night eating, the afternoon crash, plus your usual water intake. A safety check. Preferences: how much you like to cook, foods to avoid.
What do I get?
Daily calorie and protein targets. A 7-day sample menu. A grocery list you can shop from. An 8-week structure, week by week. Recommended Body Torch support based on your pathway. It downloads as a file you can save, print, and use.
Does it create a meal plan?
It creates a 7-day sample menu and a grocery list. It's a template you can repeat and adapt, not a rigid prescription. If you eat the same breakfast five days a week, that's fine. The menu is there to make the decisions easier, not to control them.
How much protein do I actually need?
More than the basic dietary minimum if you're in a calorie deficit and training, that's well supported. Research consistently shows higher protein intakes, paired with resistance training, help preserve lean tissue while you're losing fat. The specific number depends on your body weight, your training, and your situation, which is exactly why the Builder calculates it for you rather than us printing one figure here.
What eating styles and allergies does it support?
Balanced omnivore, lower carbohydrate, Mediterranean-style, pescatarian, vegetarian, no red meat, dairy-free, gluten-free. You can flag dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, soy, gluten and wheat, and sesame. Please still read every label yourself. The Builder works from what you tell it, and it can't account for cross-contamination or every ingredient in every product.
WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?
Then the Builder will stop, and that's on purpose.

If you tell it you're under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active or recent eating disorder, kidney disease or dialysis, significant liver disease, insulin-dependent diabetes or low blood sugar episodes, a history of pancreatitis, recent bariatric surgery, that you're currently eating under 1,000 calories a day, or that you have severe vomiting or severe abdominal pain, it will not generate an automated plan. It routes you to a person instead.

That's the responsible call. Your situation deserves a real person looking at it. If you're experiencing severe or worsening symptoms, seek medical care now.
Why won't it let me eat very little?
Because eating too little works against what you're trying to do. When your appetite is down, cutting hard can feel like progress. But severe restriction is one of the more reliable ways to lose the muscle you were trying to keep, and it tends to bring the plateau forward rather than push it back. The Builder sets a target deliberately.
Is this a replacement for a dietitian?
No. This nutrition recommendation is provided for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, medical treatment plan, prescription, or a substitute for advice from your physician or a registered dietitian. Recommendations are based on the information you entered and may not account for all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or individual needs. Stop and seek qualified medical care for severe or worsening symptoms. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
06

Workout Builder

Your split, your exercises, your sets and reps, and eight weeks of progression.

What is the Workout Builder?
A guided tool that builds an 8-week training plan: your split, your exercises, sets and reps, cardio, and week-by-week progression. Seven steps, about two to four minutes.
Can beginners use it? Can experienced lifters?
Both. "New to training (under 1 year)" is one of the experience options, and so is "Experienced (3+ years)."
Can I train at home?
Yes. Four setups are supported: full gym, dumbbells at home, bands plus bodyweight, or bodyweight only. We only program what you can actually do. If you select bodyweight only, you won't be handed a barbell program.
Can I choose how many days I train?
Yes, two, three, four, or five. Your split is assigned to match:
DAYS PER WEEK SPLIT
2 Full Body x 2
3 Full Body x 3
4 Upper / Lower
5 Push / Pull / Legs + Upper / Lower
How are sets and reps decided?
By your primary goal:
GOAL PRESCRIPTION
Get stronger 4 sets x 4-6 reps, 2-3 min rest
Lose fat 3 sets x 10-15 reps, 45-60 sec rest
Conditioning & endurance 3 sets x 12-15 reps, 30-45 sec rest
Move better / mobility 3 sets x 8-12 slow reps, 60 sec rest
Build muscle (default) 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps, 60-90 sec rest
Can I choose my session length?
Yes, about 30 minutes, about 45 minutes, or 60 minutes and up. Shorter sessions get fewer exercises, not a rushed version of the same workout.
What if I have an injury?
You can flag knees, shoulders, lower back, or wrists and elbows, and the Builder swaps exercises around them. If you flag wrists, you won't be programmed standard push-ups.
WHEN THE BUILDER STOPS
For chest pain, uncontrolled high blood pressure, dizziness or fainting during exercise, surgery in the last six months, pregnancy, an acute injury you're currently in pain from, or a doctor telling you not to exercise, the Builder will not generate a plan. It routes you to a person.

If you're experiencing chest pain, dizziness, or other acute symptoms, seek medical care now.
How does the plan progress over eight weeks?
PHASE FOCUS
Weeks 1-2 Foundation Learn the movements, find your working weights, finish every session. Effort around 7/10.
Weeks 3-4 Build Same exercises, add reps within the range. At the top of the range, add weight.
Weeks 5-6 Push Add load. Last 1-2 reps genuinely hard, form still clean.
Weeks 7-8 Peak & Prove Push week 7, ease slightly in week 8. Retest how week one's weights feel and set your next target.
Does it include cardio?
Yes, matched to your goal. Fat loss gets 2 to 3 easy sessions on non-lifting days. Conditioning gets a steady day and an interval day. Otherwise you get light cardio or walks for heart health and recovery.
Do I have to lift weights, or is cardio enough for fat loss?
You can lose weight with cardio and a calorie deficit. But how much of that loss is fat versus lean tissue is a different question, and that's where resistance training matters. The evidence is consistent: a calorie deficit on its own tends to cost you lean mass, while a deficit paired with resistance training largely protects it. Same scale number, different body. If your goal is body composition rather than just weight, resistance training isn't optional.
Is this physical therapy?
No. This training recommendation is provided for general fitness and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for guidance from your physician or a qualified professional. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek qualified care for injuries or concerning symptoms. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Torch Coach

Instant answers, any hour, and a clear line around what it won't answer.

What is Torch Coach?
Your Body Torch wellness guide. Ask a question about protocols, products, shipping, booking, the tools, or getting started, and you get an answer immediately, any hour. You'll find it on the site under Torch Tools.
What can I ask it?
Which protocol fits my goal? How do I book an Activation Session? When will my order ship? Do you work with clients out of state? What's the difference between Standard and Elite? What's your refund policy?
Is Torch Coach medical advice?
No. Torch Coach shares educational wellness information only and is not medical advice. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider with any medical questions. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Can Torch Coach tell me my dose?
No, and that's deliberate. Your dosing is personal to you. Ask it, and it'll point you to the three places your answer actually lives: your protocol sheet, the Dosing Standards page, or your coach.
Can it change my protocol or answer medical questions?
No. Protocol changes are individualized decisions made with your coach. Symptoms, side effects, drug interactions, pregnancy, and "is this safe for me specifically" all go to a licensed healthcare provider. Torch Coach will tell you so rather than guess.
Does Torch Coach know my order status or my account?
No. It isn't connected to your account and can't see your orders, your subscription, or your plan. For anything specific to you, email info@bodytorchinfo.com with your order number.
Should I use it in an emergency?
No. Call 911.

Peptides, Wellness & Your Results

The education section. What we know, what varies, and what we won't promise.

PEPTIDE BASICS
What are peptides?
Short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up proteins, just in smaller sequences. Your body makes and uses many of them naturally as signaling molecules. We have a short video on this under Learn, and it's a better first stop than any paragraph.
Why are there so many different ones?
Because they do different things. Peptides are not one category with one mechanism, different sequences interact with different pathways. That's the entire basis of matching the peptide to the problem: the right choice depends on what you're actually trying to influence.
Are all peptides the same?
No. Different peptides have different mechanisms, different risk profiles, different contraindications, and very different amounts of evidence behind them. Be skeptical of anyone who talks about peptides as though they were a single thing, including us, if we ever slip into it.
Is more always better?
No. This is the single most common misconception we deal with, and it's why "match the peptide to the problem" is the first thing we say. Adding products you don't need doesn't accelerate results. It makes your plan more expensive, harder to follow, and harder to troubleshoot when something isn't working. A tighter plan you actually complete beats a bigger one you abandon.
Can peptides be combined?
Some combinations make sense together. Which ones, and whether any of them are right for you, is a decision for your Activation Session, not for a product page.
How long before I notice anything?
Real change is built in weeks, not days, and that's a good thing, it means it lasts. Most clients notice energy and momentum shifts first, with body composition changes building over a full eight-week protocol. Individual results vary.
Why do results vary so much between people?
Because bodies differ, starting points differ, and adherence differs. Your age, hormones, sleep, training history, stress, how consistently you follow the plan, and where you started all shape the outcome. Your body isn't working against you. Your biology may simply need the right support and the consistency to go with it.
Do lifestyle habits still matter?
Yes, more than anything else in this guide. Nutrition, training, hydration, sleep, and consistency are what your protocol operates inside. No product substitutes for them, and any company telling you otherwise is selling rather than helping.
NUTRITION, APPETITE & METABOLISM
Why has my appetite dropped, and what should I eat?
Reduced appetite is an expected effect of some approaches to weight management. It's not a malfunction. It does mean you have to be more deliberate, because getting adequate protein becomes harder when you don't feel like eating. Prioritize protein first, in whatever form you can tolerate. Smaller, more frequent meals are usually easier than three large ones. Keep fluids up. Don't chase a calorie number with foods you can't stomach, get the protein in and build from there.
Why does protein matter so much?
Because it's the main lever you control over whether you lose fat or lose muscle. In a calorie deficit, your body draws on both. Adequate protein, combined with resistance training, meaningfully shifts that balance toward fat. It's the least glamorous and most reliable thing in this entire guide.
Why does hydration matter, and how much do I need?
Fluid supports digestion, energy, exercise tolerance, and general comfort, and if you're dealing with reduced appetite or GI symptoms, it matters more, not less. There is no single universal number. National guidance sets average total water intake around 2.7 litres a day for women and 3.7 for men, but that's total water, roughly 20% comes from food, and beverages including coffee and tea count toward the rest. Your needs shift with body size, activity, climate, and health. Thirst and urine colour are more useful day to day than any fixed target.
What should I do about nausea?
Common, non-prescriptive things many people find help: smaller portions, eating slowly and stopping at the first sign of fullness, going easy on greasy or high-fat meals, and spacing fluids between meals rather than drinking with them. What you should not do is change your dose to manage a symptom. That's a decision for your coach or your physician.
What about constipation?
Adequate fluids, dietary fibre, and regular movement are the usual starting points. If it's persistent or severe, or if it comes with significant pain, contact your healthcare provider.
RESULTS, PLATEAUS & BODY COMPOSITION
Am I losing muscle instead of fat?
Some lean tissue loss happens with almost any weight loss, that's true of dieting generally, not something unique to any particular approach. Two things are genuinely supported for shifting that balance: adequate protein and resistance training. That's it. We'll be straight with you, no supplement or peptide has been shown to preserve lean mass during weight loss, and we're not going to sell you one on that basis. It's also worth knowing that body-composition scans measure "lean mass," which includes water and glycogen, not just muscle. Some of what looks like lean loss on a scan is fluid shift.
Why has my weight loss slowed down?
Because that's what weight loss does. It's curvilinear, not linear, by design. Early loss is fast partly because a lot of it is water and glycogen. As you get smaller, your body needs less energy to maintain and move, so the deficit that worked at the start is a smaller deficit now. Meanwhile, most people's adherence drifts gradually without them noticing. A plateau is your body arriving at a new balance at a lower weight. It's the expected shape of the process, not evidence that something broke or that you failed. What actually helps: recheck your intake honestly, hold your protein, keep training, protect your sleep, and talk to your coach before you change anything.
SHOULD MY DOSE GO UP WHEN WEIGHT LOSS SLOWS?
No.

A plateau is not automatically a dosing problem, and increasing a dose on your own is not a safe way to solve one.

Bring it to your coach or your provider. The right response depends on what's actually driving it, and often it isn't the protocol at all.
Why is someone else losing faster than me?
Different starting weight, different body, different hormones, different age, different training history, different sleep, different adherence, different plan. Comparing your week six to someone else's week six tells you very little. The comparison that matters is you against your own data.
The scale isn't moving but my clothes fit better. What's happening?
Your body composition is changing even though your weight isn't. Scale weight is fat, plus lean tissue, plus body water, plus glycogen, plus whatever you ate. If you're losing fat and holding or building muscle, those can offset almost exactly, and you'll see it in the mirror and in your waistband long before the scale admits it. This is normal, and it's usually a sign things are going well. Track the weekly average rather than the daily number, and pair it with measurements, how clothes fit, progress photos, and whether your lifts are going up.
Does sleep really matter?
More than most people expect. In controlled research, people eating the same restricted diet lost a similar total amount of weight whether they slept adequately or not, but under short sleep, a much larger share of that loss came from lean tissue rather than fat, and they were hungrier. Separate research found that people who extended their sleep by about an hour a night spontaneously ate meaningfully less. Adults generally need seven to nine hours. Sleep isn't a supplement you can substitute for.
Can I lose fat without strength training?
Yes, but you'll likely lose more lean tissue doing it, and end up lighter without the shape change you were after. If body composition is the goal, resistance training is the tool.
What helps preserve muscle while losing fat?
Adequate protein, resistance training two or more days a week, enough sleep, and not cutting calories more aggressively than necessary. In roughly that order.
Why does consistency matter more than intensity?
Because the plan that works is the one you finish. An adequate plan run for eight weeks beats a perfect plan run for nine days, every time.
STORAGE & HANDLING
How should I store my product?
Follow the instructions that came with your specific product. We don't publish a single storage rule, because Body Torch products span very different formulations, injectables, oral formulas, topicals, and accessories, and they don't share requirements. A general rule would be wrong for something. If your instructions are unclear or you've lost them, email info@bodytorchinfo.com with your order number and we'll tell you exactly what applies.
I accidentally left something out. Is it still good?
Email us with the product and how long it was out, and we'll tell you. Don't guess, and don't assume the worst either.
How long is my product usable?
Check the dating on your specific product. If you're unsure, email us before using it.
DOSES, MISSED DOSES & PROTOCOL QUESTIONS
What if I miss a scheduled dose?
Contact your coach. We don't publish a general rule here because the right answer depends on your specific protocol, and a generic instruction could be wrong for you.
Should I double up to catch up?
No. Don't double a dose to make up for a missed one. Contact your coach.
Can I increase my dose myself?
No. Dose changes are individualized decisions made with your provider. If you think your protocol needs adjusting, that's a conversation, not a self-correction.
It feels like my protocol stopped working.
That's worth a real conversation rather than a guess. Book a follow-up. Sometimes it's the protocol, and often it's something else, sleep, stress, adherence drift, a plateau arriving on schedule, and a follow-up sorts out which.
I still have product left and it's time for my follow-up.
Book it anyway and bring it up. Leftover product is useful information about how the protocol is actually going.
WHERE YOUR DOSING INFORMATION LIVES
1. Your protocol sheet, emailed to you when you started
2. The Dosing Standards page
3. Your coach at info@bodytorchinfo.com

Torch Coach will point you to exactly these three places, because your dosing is personal to you and shouldn't come from a chat window.
SIDE EFFECTS & SAFETY
What side effects are possible?
That depends entirely on the product. Body Torch products span different categories with different profiles, and a blanket answer would be misleading. Your product information and your Activation Session cover what applies to you. There's also a short Common Side Effects video under Learn.
What if I feel dizzy?
Stop what you're doing, especially if you're exercising. Persistent or recurring dizziness, or dizziness with chest pain or fainting, needs medical attention, not a message queue.
What about a reaction at the injection site?
Mild, short-lived redness or tenderness is common with injections generally. Contact a healthcare provider promptly if you see spreading redness, increasing pain, warmth, swelling, drainage, or if you develop a fever. Those can indicate infection, and infection needs to be looked at rather than waited out.
When should I contact Body Torch, and when my physician?
Body Torch: anything about your order, your subscription, your account, your plan, or your protocol. Your physician: anything about your body. Symptoms, side effects, interactions with your other medications, whether something is safe given your health history, or anything that's getting worse rather than better.
WHEN IT'S AN EMERGENCY
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for: severe abdominal pain that won't go away, with or without vomiting; trouble breathing or swallowing, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat; chest pain; fainting; any symptom that feels severe or is rapidly worsening.

Do not wait on a message reply. We respond within 1 to 2 business days, which is appropriate for account and order questions and completely inappropriate for a medical emergency.
How quickly will I see results?
Weeks, not days. Most clients notice energy and momentum first, with body composition changes building over a full eight-week protocol. We don't promise a number of pounds, inches, or a timeline, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who does. Individual results vary.

Getting Help From Body Torch

One page that tells you exactly who to ask.

Who do I ask?
IF YOUR QUESTION IS ABOUT GO HERE
Orders, shipping, tracking Email info@bodytorchinfo.com with your order number
Auto-Ship: skip, pause, cancel Your customer portal
A general Body Torch question, any hour Torch Coach
Your dosing or your specific protocol Protocol sheet, Dosing Standards page, or your coach
Booking or rescheduling Calendly, use the Reschedule button in your confirmation
A symptom that concerns you or is worsening Your physician
A medical emergency 911, do not wait for a message reply
What's the fastest way to get help?
Email, info@bodytorchinfo.com. Include your order number and you'll usually resolve it in one exchange instead of three. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I text you?
Texting is not monitored. Messages sent by text can sit unseen. Email is always faster.
Can I message you on Instagram or social media?
Social media DMs are not a Body Torch support channel. We're active on social, but messages there aren't monitored for support and can go unanswered. Anything about your protocol, your dosing, your symptoms, or your account shouldn't go through social platforms regardless, those conversations involve your health information and belong somewhere private. Please send them to info@bodytorchinfo.com or bring them to a booked session.
Can I call you?
Calls are scheduled through Calendly rather than taken inbound. That way you get dedicated time with someone who has your file open, instead of voicemail. Office visits are by appointment only.
How do I book an appointment or a follow-up?
Through the Activation Session page on the site, or directly through Calendly.
How do I reschedule?
Use the Reschedule button inside your Calendly confirmation email. It moves your existing appointment without losing your place. Please don't book a brand-new slot, that can leave you holding two appointments and losing the one you wanted. If you can't find the confirmation email, use the Calendly link on the site and choose Reschedule.
When should I book instead of sending a message?
Any time the question is about you rather than about how something works. Message us about an order, a shipment, or a policy. Book when it's about your plan, your protocol, your labs, or what to do next.
Where can I find answers outside business hours?
Torch Coach, instant, any hour. This guide. The Resources page: product menu, dosing standards, short explainer videos, and the new-client Start Here page.
What should I do if I have an urgent health concern?
Contact your physician. If it's severe or rapidly worsening, contact emergency services. Do not wait for a Body Torch message response for anything urgent.
BEFORE YOU GO

Three Things Worth Remembering

ONE
More products is not better. The right plan is the one matched to your actual goal.
TWO
Your protocol works inside your life. Nutrition, training, sleep and consistency are doing more of the work than you think, and the Torch Tools are free, so there's no reason not to use them.
THREE
When you're not sure where to go, start with Torch Coach. If it's about you specifically, email us or book. If it's urgent, call your doctor. If it's an emergency, call 911.

Ignite your true potential.
