3. Your Activation Call. Fifteen minutes, free, where we walk through your first week together and pair you with your dedicated coach. The person in your corner from day one.
4. Check ins that keep you moving. Day 3, day 7, day 14, and beyond. Progress gets tracked, questions get answered in your app, and your plan adjusts as your body responds.
