Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Body Torch Wellness. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Opened or unopened products
- Products you no longer want
- Products purchased in error
- Products that did not meet your personal expectations
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bodytorchinfo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. Replacements are issued at our sole discretion and are the only remedy offered, no refunds will be issued. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and falls under the all-sales-final policy above.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Body Torch Wellness is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages stolen after delivery
For any of the above, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier as the first point of contact. We will only step in to resolve issues involving incorrect items delivered to the correct address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned-to-sender packages due to incorrect addresses may be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
