Our website, our client flow, and our tools have all been upgraded. This meeting exists so every coach fully understands the new system, knows how to use it in real conversations, and sees exactly how it benefits you as a peptide coach.

It is delivered in this format so you can complete it carefully, at your own pace, and reference it all week. It carries the same weight as a live Sunday meeting.

The link rules have not changed

Conversation first. The link never appears before a real conversation happens.
Ask permission. "Want me to send you my link?" A requested link converts.
Send on the spot. In person means get the number and text it right there.

Why your link matters: it is how the client enters the system AND how your work gets credited. A client who books through your link is your client on the journey. No link, no credit. Protect your own paycheck.

Two free builders now live on the site. This is your serve first opener, automated.

What it knows

Every product and every price, protocols, bundles, and accessories.
Shipping, tracking, refund policy, booking, rescheduling, blood work, quality standards.
Goal based guidance: fat loss, muscle, focus, hormones, gut, longevity.

What it refuses, on purpose

Dosing questions: it routes people to their protocol sheet and their coach. That protects the client AND protects us.
Medical questions: it routes people to a licensed provider. Same reason.

Your mission, and this is a real assignment: this week, ask Torch Coach at least 5 questions your clients actually ask YOU. Log each one below and mark whether the answer was clear. Then send me your report. The unclear ones are how I refine the system. You are my quality control team.

Most important play in this whole meeting. When a client's products are almost done, that is not the end. That is your moment.

The timing

Around week 6 of their 8 weeks, when the products are running low, you reach out. Not week 8 when it is over. Week 6, while momentum is alive.

Step 1: Ask about results

"You are close to finishing this round and I want to hear it from you: what is the biggest change you have noticed? ... Love that. So what is the NEXT goal? Because we are just getting started."

Step 2: The referral offer, new terms

"And since your results are speaking for themselves, here is something I do for my people. Send a friend my way, and when they book their Activation Session, your next purchase is 20% off."

Read the terms carefully: the 20% off their next purchase unlocks when the referral books an Activation Session. Not when they click, not when they say maybe. Booked session. That keeps the reward tied to real action, and every referred friend enters through the front door like everyone else.

Your One on One With Me

This last one is personal, and I mean that in the best way.

I am rebuilding Body Torch, and I cannot do it without knowing each of you better: what you are great at, what drains you, what you need from me. That does not happen in a group meeting. It happens one on one.

So this is now a standing requirement, not an invitation: every coach books a one on one with me. Thirty to forty five minutes, virtual or in person, your pick. Come as you are. This is not a performance review. It is me pouring into you, and honestly, you pouring into me too.

We will talk about your wins, your struggles, your section of this thing we are building, and what I can take off your plate. I have been learning a lot about leadership lately, and one of the biggest lessons is this: I cannot help you become your best if I only ever talk AT you on Sundays.
