1. Check your order, then store your kit

Open your box and make sure everything inside matches your order. If anything is wrong or missing, email info@bodytorchinfo.com immediately, before you open or use anything.

Once everything checks out, store your products in the refrigerator. Keep them sealed until you begin.

2. Get into your app

Your protocol is personal to you. It lives in your app, not in the box. Three quick steps:

  1. Go to clientportal.bodytorchinfo.com and click Start Now
  2. Activate your account through the email link (check spam if it does not arrive)
  3. Create your password and log in

Storage Basics

Store your products in the refrigerator and keep them sealed until you are ready to begin. Keep everything out of direct sunlight and away from heat. If anything arrived damaged or looks unusual, do not use it. Email us first.
